2 days after the due date, a hosting service is suspended. Wereafter you have 7 more days until the server is deleted. If an invoice is not canceled yet, it can be paid at your Client Area > My Invoices > View Invoice.
If you need some more time for the payment, please contact us, so that the service isn't terminated.
Please mind that money transfer might take up to 2 days to arrive (such delays happen seldom, but you know how inappripriate these occasions can be).
Hosting account and a VPS termination is irreversible process, but contact us anyway - there can still be a backup copy!
Such services as SSL certificates and domains stop at the due date if not paid for. This is because their minimal renewal period is a year. With domains you have up to a month to renew your domain at a regular price. But hurry up, because if the domain gets into Redemption period, its re-activation will cost extra money!
