According to our Terms of Service, the only services which can be refunded are hosting packages. If you decide to cancel within the first 30 days after the sign up you will receive full refund.
Refunds do not apply to dedicated servers, dedicated IP addresses, control panels or domain registration related fees.
For SSL certificate, you can get a refund within 30 days after the certificate is issued or within 90 days after the order date if it was not issued.
