Yes, we do. Our Technical Team creates daily backup copies of all shared hosting accounts irrespective of the hosting package chosen. Those backup copies include files of the websites and the databases. We store 7 three days backups and 2 monthly backup copies. Please note that for Newbie packages the backup copies cannot be accessed from cPanel (however they are available upon request). If you use Blog Hosting, Forum Hosting, All Inclusive or Small Business Hosting you can restore the backups right from your cPanel account. Also, for the technical needs, we create weekly backup copies of cPanel accounts settings. Such copy can be provided to a customer upon request and if available.
