Yes, we can help you with transferring your websites to us. The transfer requests are queued up and the transfers are started within 48 hours after the request is submitted.
- You will need to:
- provide us with all the necessary login details for both your old and new servers;
- create backup copies of your files and databases;
- upload these backup copies to your new server with us through FTP;
- specify the software requirements.
If you use cPanel or DirectAdmin control panel on your old server we kindly recommend you to order the same panel for the server with us.
