Yes, it is possible to transfer domains to us. The transfer can be ordered at the Order Form > Domain Registration > I want to transfer my domain to Sitevalley.com. The fee depends on the TLD of the domain.

Before you order domain transfer we would like to draw your attention to the following facts:

1. According to ICAAN policy, domain name may not be transferred during the first 60 days of initial registration or during the first 60 days after a registrar transfer.
2. It is recommended that transfer is initiated not fewer than 7 days before domain expiry date.
3. Since it is not possible to change the nameservers domain is pointed to during the transfer, you might need to repoint the domain before ordering domain transfer.

There are some other prerequisites too:

1. Domain contact information should be open in WHOIS;
2. the domain should be unlocked. If it's 'REGISTRAR-LOCK', please contact your current domain registrar for assistance;
3. EPP code (domain authorization code is necessary). A current registrar can provide it.
